Depending on where we are shipping to - Orders can take from 1 to 8 working days to reach you. Here are some guideline delivery times.

• Gauteng: 1 to 3 working days
• Other Areas: 2 to 4 working days
• Outlying areas: Delivery time may vary from the above.

Yes you can, but only if you return it in good shape. Our full Returns Policy has all the information - but in summary: We are happy to refund you if the bag is unused in 14 days.

We process orders really quick, so chances are that we have prepared your parcel for sending by the time you want to cancel or change your order. If you want to change or cancel your order, you will need to follow our returns process to be certain.  If you are quick as a whip - you can email us on hello@suprenebags.co.za and if we have not yet shipped your order - we will help

But we do not have a consignment model. If you are interested in being a reseller we have a reseller model - just drop us a mail on hello@suprenebags.co.za and we will send you the details.

Not at the moment, but watch this space. We select our stockists carefully and are looking to have some in the near future.  For now, we love being an online shop.

Your bag has undergone quite a journey from us, through the shipping company, to you. You are also the first person to ever use it - you will see some creases and folds when you first meet. Don't worry. You can relax - the bag will relax too. And with some use all the creases and lines will go away, if there are any.
