Refund policy


At Suprene Collective, we want you to love what you ordered. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you’re welcome to return or exchange your item within 14 days of receipt.

Returns & Exchanges

Time Frame
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.

Condition
Returned items must be in original, unused condition, with all original packaging included. For jewellery, this includes any certificates of authenticity or documentation received with your order.

Exclusions

  • Personalised or custom pieces are made just for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Items marked as "clearance sale" are final sale and not eligible for return.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days from receipt for processing. Depending on your bank, refunds may reflect within 1–2 billing cycles.

Exchanges
To ensure stock availability, we recommend placing a new order for your preferred item and returning the original for a refund.


Moissanite Ring Policy

Our moissanite rings are crafted in solid 925 sterling silver and set with hand-selected stones. Due to the nature of sterling silver — which is softer than traditional diamond-setting metals — we do not guarantee settings for everyday wear.

These rings are intended for occasional or special occasion wear, and we recommend avoiding exposure to excessive wear and tear. If you have any concerns about your moissanite ring, please contact us — we’re happy to assist.


How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us
    Email us at hello@suprenebags.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Prepare Your Return
    Once approved, return the item in its original packaging along with any included documents.

  3. Ship Your Return
    You will receive return instructions by email. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured courier. Suprene Collective is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

  4. Inspection & Refund
    Your return will be inspected on arrival. If it meets the conditions above, your refund will be processed.


Important Notes

Suprene Collective reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the stated conditions. If your return is not accepted, it will be returned to you at your expense.
We also reserve the right to amend this policy without notice.
